Andrew is John Smale & Co's resident expert! Having worked in property for all of his working life he has built up a depth of knowledge across the industry including residential, commercial, land and development. His experience is rooted in North Devon but he has also worked in Exeter and the Home Counties. Andrew presides over our auctions, and is always happy to visit and value property to advise the best method of sale and discuss the auction process. In his free time Andrew is a member of Littleham Howlers all boy band and for further amusement plays golf at Torrington. He is also a proud Papa to four grandchildren.
